General store regulations

• Follow the directions of the staff.
• We do not sell alcohol or knives to customers under the age of 18.
• There is a ban on prepared materials for shoplifting.
• Cases of theft and/or fraud will be reported to the police.
• When our door gate alarm goes off, you are requested to go to the nearest cash register.
• Security checks of bags may occur when entering and leaving de Bijenkorf. If you do not wish to cooperate with this security check, you may be denied access to the store.
• Acts of sexual harassment, aggression and racism are not permitted.
• Do not cause annoying behavior and/or nuisance.
• Enjoy your consumptions, but only at the designated locations: our Café, De Kitchen / restaurant or Isaac's bar.
• Consuming your own food and beverages brought in from outside is not allowed.
• The filming of persons (guests or employees) is only permitted with the permission of the relevant person(s).
• Filming with hidden cameras is prohibited in principle, on the basis of art. 139f and g of the Penal Code, among others.
• The secret or discrete filming of persons is in violation of the right to privacy.
• Professional filming is not allowed without prior permission from de Bijenkorf.
• In case of no compliance to the store regulations, police may be notified.
• In the case of discount, the price at the checkout always takes precedence.
• It is not allowed to remove discount stickers from one price tag and affix them to a price tag of another item.
• In the event of a later discount on the same product, any difference in discount will not be reconciled.
